Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Saturday to Saturday.
However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
This recently built and tastefully decorated home has the feel of a Mediterranean seaside resort. The vacation home of an interior designer; features include a spacious 15-ft high living room with clerestory windows, inviting bedrooms and a lush courtyard with fountain and fire-pit. From the balcony are views of citrus and avocado orchards. It is convenient to both the Embarcadero and beaches, plus it is an easy drive to Paso Robles – with its tasting rooms, artisan breweries and restaurants. The layout of the townhome has the two bedrooms and two baths, kitchen, dining, and living areas on the upper level with the garage downstairs. The living area has a great open feel with the kitchen, dining and living room all open and with views out to the hillside.Home Features:

- Electric weber grill available on the back patio.
- Beach supplies such as beach chairs, boogie boards, and cooler available for guests.

Located along scenic Highway 1 midway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Morro Bay is easy to reach and hard to leave. Once you experience the beauty and charm - not to mention the fun you’ll have kayaking, biking, fishing, beachcombing and just plain relaxing - you’ll wonder why you’d ever go anyplace else.

Kitchen was well equipped, very modern. The view was incredible. The road noise needed to be blocked by ceiling fan, and master windows had to be kept closed, but the home was so comfortable and spacious for our family of four that we gladly put up with the road noise. The town home was amazingly comfortable: clean, well furnished, fashionably decorated.

Easter 2019. My wife, daughter and I went to SLO to visit our son at Cal Poly for Easter. We arrived on Thursday and stayed through Sunday. We normally stay in the Pismo Beach area as VRBO's are sometimes hard to find in SLO. Plus we like staying close to the beach. In searching a place to stay for this visit I came across this rental in Morro Bay. I paid particular attention to the kitchen area as our son was wanting mom's home cooking. This property did not disappoint. The kitchen area is large, lots of counter space, easy to clean, and a good working gas stove. Plenty of silverware, plates and glasses, though we did bring some of our own cookware. In prior reviews I read a lot about the noise of the nearby highway. We did not find this to be a problem, and we slept with the windows open. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements, well stocked with linens, quiet complex, we were very pleased and will defintely be staying there again.
