*Please Note: This home will sleep a maximum of 12 people. We can offer the home to groups of up to 10 Adults and 2 children. We do not allow sleeping on the floor, on blow up beds, or on the furniture etc. Your group must be able to sleep in the bedding provided.

**Important! Please Note:
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.

However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• These policies may be relaxed closer to arrival. Please contact us with questions.


This one-of-a-kind property features three beautifully restored cottages, all rented together, right in the heart of downtown Morro Bay. Each cottage has been meticulously redesigned to honor the unique character of its era. From the 1920s style of the front home with its delightful clawfoot bathtub to the early 1900s cabin, one of the oldest homes in town, you'll be immersed in the rich history and delightful charm of Morro Bay. Every detail, from antique furnishings to vintage decor, has been carefully chosen to preserve the ambiance of the time. These stunning cottages offer the perfect mix of vintage flair and modern comfort. Beyond the interior, the lush gardens with stone pathways, citrus trees, and rock bed creeks create a serene setting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy the fire pit, the large outdoor spaces, and the convenience of being just steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and attractions in Morro Bay.

  • Front Home- Spacious 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1920’s style home. Sleeps up to 6 guests.
  • Rear Home - Historic home, one of the oldest in Morro Bay! 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath, 1900’s style home completely restored from the ground up in 2012. Sleeps up to 4 guests.
  • Studio- Charming 1 Bed, 1 Bath studio. Sleeps up to 2 guests
  • Large outdoor spaces and gardens
  • Fire pit in backyard (wood not provided, guests must supply their own wood)

Front Home (Main Home: 2 Bed 1 Bath):

  • Delightful sun-room facing downtown Morro Bay, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage of choice.
  • Formal dining room with vintage style gas stove and enough seating for 6 guests, immerse yourself in the historic feel while breaking bread with loved ones.
  • Living room with flat screen TV and full size sleeper sofa .
  • Large beautifully upgraded kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven, stove and dishwasher along with a breakfast area with seating for 2.
  • The bedrooms feature charm and comfort thoughtfully decorated offering a restful retreat.
  • Both bedrooms offer a queen sized bed.
  • Full bathroom with a beautiful claw foot bathtub with shower and pedestal sink.
  • Private fenced yard with BBQ and patio tables to enjoy the outdoors.
  • The patio table has enough seating to accommodate an entire group of 12 (this is the only dining space where a larger group would be able to gather to eat).

Rear Home (Cabin: 2 Bed 1 bath):

  • Step back in time as you enter the living room featuring vintage style gas stove and classic 1900’s cabin vibe.
  • Living room has flat screen TV, gas stove (conveniently hooked up to your thermostat) comfortable couch, and rocking chair to complete the authentic charm.
  • The full Kitchen was lovingly restored and features a refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher with a breakfast table and chairs.
  • The thoughtful touches with vintage style furnishings and décor add unique charm to each room of the cabin.
  • Bedroom 1 features a queen bed
  • Bedroom 2 has one full bed
  • Bathroom with a beautiful pedestal sink and claw foot tub with shower.
  • Classic porch with chairs to relax on

Studio (1 bed, 1 bath):

  • An inviting studio offering comfortable seating, a kitchenette, and murphy bed.
  • Kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster oven and a small breakfast table.
  • Features a full size Murphy bed, conveniently tuck it away and enjoy some extra space.
  • Full bathroom with a lovely tiled step in shower.
  • Please note there is no TV in the studio.

Please note: This home does not offer off street parking, there is no guest parking on property. Since this home is in the downtown district on-street parking is freely available on all surrounding streets.

URelax was great and made reserving the site quite simple and straight forward. You were always very responsive and prompt to any questions or needs as they arose. If we ever plan a return to Morro Bay, we will be sure to consider URelax and 880 Main Street. We'll definitely let friends know as well.

Home is so close to embarcardero for easy access to boats, water play and more. Such an easy drive or bike ride to beaches and Montana De Oro or even longer drives to San Luis Obispo or beyond. Really great location. Home with its 2 cabins and larger cottage were excellent for our 2 families. Each had privacy at night and ample shared space to cook, eat, and play by day. Overall we loved the campfire area of the home the best; just so great for kids to enjoy and parents to chat into the evening. We really had a far more enjoyable vacation than envisioned. The home and was such a major reason why.
